1999 - 72nd Annual National Convention of Kappa Eta Kappa:
- Date: Saturday January 30th, 1999.
- Time: Credentials presented at 11am.
- Call to order 12:30pm (no seperate lunch break planned).
- Location: Beta Chapter @ the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis
Beta will have a party the night before.- Materials needed by Chapters (please send ahead of time & bring revisions in electronic format to make generation of the minutes easier):
- President's report summarizing the organizations activities and accomplishments over the previous year.
- A financial report summarizing the financial activities of the organization over the previous year.
- A list of the current organization membership so dues can be calculated ($10/active member dues).
- A list of names for certificates of membership if needed.
- Jewelery orders, etc.
- A list of delegates per chapter, and proxies if needed for delegates not able to attend & substitutes.
- We will be reimbursing for actual travel expenses. Please keep your gas receipts for the trip coming, and we will reimburse you at the convention for double that amount. Or you can (e)mail in your expenses.
