Josh was the NEC VP in 1996 & 1997.  He put out the Electron while in office - look for a copy up here soon.

He was also, during that time, the Delta Chapter President.  Previously, he served as Treasurer and Social Chairman as well.  He currently lives in Michigan but is moving to Brown Deer WI shortly, works as a manager for American TV, and can be reached via email at mountain@superior.iceware.com.
